Pours semi-hazy caramel with a fair beige head. Aroma offers floral, sweet fruit and a touch of malt. Flavor presents honey, floral amd subtle malty amd fruit notes. Texture presents thin body but lively fizz. Winter is coming - enjoy!

year and a half old bottle, which had been stored on it's side given the sediment permanently etched there. the 750 bottle gushed so much that i had 9 ounces left to drink when all was said and done. everything was ok - not spoiled - but nothing stood out. fruity spice, maybe a little more tart apple than the norm in belgian ales. some dry yeast. medium bodied with a bit too much prickly carbonation. obviously a bottle not in it's prime, but it's what was available...

Cripes! This one is all head! At least six fingers of foamy ivory filled my glass, and then it slowly, gracefully drifted away into a marvelous web of fluffy lace. The aroma was fruity and spiced as it wafted upwards from the cloudy, almost orange body. The taste mirrored the aroma, but slightly sweeter. The mouthfeel was full and rich, and it finished smooth.

Amber colour with big creamy beige head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and some notes of toffee. Flavour is toffee, alcohol, slight grassy notes as well as earthy notes. A very wellbalanced and pleasant thing.

Sampled at KPs fest. A spicy peach aroma. A dry and dusy mouthfeel with a peach and orange flavor. I detect some banana also. Once again fest rating suck but I liked this one regardless!

Vintage 2001. Cloudy orange appearance. with small white sheet. Fruity and funky aroma od dried oranges, all-spice, wet grass, honey, cork, outdoor smell and wet wood. Flavour starts of orange-peels, dried apricot and minerals. Strong carbonation. Cheesy notes of wet wood and minerals in the afteraste. Funny to drink.

Dark amber body that is a little cloudy. An extraordinary amount of bubbling activity from the etching in my tulip. The head is large and light off white. The smell is a litel overwhelming with delcious honey, hay and some funky dried apples. This is a great smelling beer. The taste reminds me of waffles without any thing on top. There is also a dry hay note with some light dandelions. it gets a little sweeter as you drink. A nice saison that hits with a high abv punch that you cannot detect at all.

Pours with a slightly cloudy orange body topped by a thick head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet and floral with a touch of malt, a little pepper and a touch of spice. Medium bodied, numbing on the tongue and a touch warming.

Medium brown color. Medium head. Aroma is malty, fruity and slightly yeasty. Malty and somewhat dry. Spiced, of course, with coriander, allspice and clove. Slightly dry. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
