Pretty clean, very light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly-soapy white head, good retention and some fluffy-foamy lacing. Aromas of lemon peel, fresh herbal notes and mild Belgian yeast. Some pears show up and continues in the taste. Gets hazy as it pours, and carbonation is quite nice. Milder tasting, so quite smooth, refreshing. Quite a nice, easy-drinking Saison with apples, pears and well-blended herbs.
