On vous présente la 2e bière de notre série de bières rurales aux petits fruits. Elle est composée d’orge de notre ferme. Plus de 390 livres de groseilles cueillis à la main dans le champ derrière la brasserie ont été ajouté à ce brassage. La groseille à maquereau apporte à cette bière un petit goût de raisin vert acidulé. La levure saison bien présente s’harmonise bien avec petit fruit très acide (ph 2). La distribution chez les détaillants est en cours! A votre santé!

Enjoyed at the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run. Pours a hazy light golden colour with unfiltered particles through it, a white head, average retention and slight lacing. Fruity smell with the Saison herbal hops and yeast. Nice sour taste of gooseberries with the Saison finish, nicely dry-bitter, but milder. The mouthfeel is slightly tarty in the end. This paring of a Saison and gooseberries really works well. My favourite from this brewery so far.
