Cette bière dorée est infusée à froid avec du café « Honey » fourni par Cafe Cambio de Chicoutimi. Le procédé « Honey » laisse le mucilage sur la fève de café avant qu’elle soit séchée au soleil. Il en résulte un café plus fruité, sucré naturellement et beaucoup moins acide.

Older can from 2022 I found, sitting there alone. Clean, golden-amber colour with a frothy whitish cap, average stay and lacing spots. The coffee really starts coming out in the nose, after we start with some alcohol and floral notes. Some decent bitterness in the taste, but blended with fruitiness from the malts and the coffee is softer here. A tad caramel malt in the background. Still holds on well after all of those years. A nice, easy-drinking "White Stout", with the coffee that replaces the roasted malts, but still gives that roastiness of a Stout.
