Poured on tap at the brewery a completely cloudy apricot colored beer with a two fingers creamy white head that had a great retention. Superb lacings. The aroma is yeast malts and a sourish effect. The flavour is fruity, ripe bananas, apricot, yeast and sweety malts. The palate is round. The finish of this medium to full bodied beer is a lingering sweet fruity moment. A great tasty and refreshing Hefeweizen.
