Unfiltered, vom Fass. Poured in the brewery tap room a hazy light pale straw gold colored ale with a great white foamy head that had a long retention. Intense carbonation. The aroma is yeasts and aciditic fruits, citrus, lemon and a certain sourness. The flavour is sweet yeasts and grainy malts, fruity, banana and citrus. The palate is round and crispy. A refreshing ale that should be superb in the summertime.
