Hefehaltiges, obergäriges Bier von leicht bräunlicher Farbe. Feiner spritziger Charakter. Prickelnd und leicht früchtig im Geschmack. Der Name Braun's Weisse würdigt die nunmehr 150jährige Brauertradition der Familie Braun. Das spritzig-milde Weissbier besticht durch sein feines Hopfenaroma.

500 ml flip-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Klosterbräu Weissbier vase a hazy rich golden-amber coloured Weizen with a good two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas, citrus and spicy, cloves. The flavour is wheat malts, fruity, citrus, orange peels, bananas, spicy, strong cloves. The mouthfeel is creamy, sparkling and a bit thin and watery. This light to medium Weizen has a long aciditic fruits finish. A wonderful refreshing Weizen, not so intense on the palate as on the nose but a good one, from the beer city of Bamberg in Upper Franconia.
