Brewed with honey, green peppercorns and dried flowers, but all additions deliberately subtle. Bone dry, crisp, low maltiness, medium smooth bitternes, complex, earthy, floral and slightly spicy aroma and flavour. Think a more aromatic, bolder and more complex version of Saison Dupont Biologique. (12.5 % P, 6.0 % ABV, 35 IBU, Colour 10 EBC).

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.0%. Hazy pale golden colour, huge white head. Distinct and unusual spicy / peppery aroma, also floral notes. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is indeed "bone dry", with loads of green peppercorns (= too much), overpowers the more subtle floral notes. Peppery and hoppy bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. Not my favourite this one.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, some slight farmyard and mild yeastyness. Flavour is being quite similar along with some spicyness and quite floral notes. Refreshing, but a bit thin in the palate.
