A dark, malty lager brewed in the German tradition, with European malt and hops to enhance rich and complex grain and caramel flavors. Our interpretation has an almost plum or grape like flavor with a whisper of chocolate that is so deep that one might think it a Dooplebock (Double bock). However, like our previous bigger winter releases, this lager beer is oh so easy to enjoy more than one glass of.
