Opaque black. This one struggles with head retention in a serious way, but it starts out nicely. Big coffee in the aroma, but a little on the ashy side. Big coffee flavor with lingering ash. This is one of three that I thought might be Peche Mortel in our blind tasting. Two of them were Peche Mortel, but this has the same cigarette ash as Peche Mortel has.

It was cool. Brown color. A good stout for chilling, as it was not as intense as most i have had. lots of mocha (like starbucks style). sweet!

A very nice beer here. Dark black appearance with a white head. Loads of espresso and coffee beans in the flavor. This one tended to be more bitter than sweet. Overall I thought it was decent enough.
