The second in our New Years release series. A consideration of what we have brewed in the past and what we are interested in moving forward. This year’s batch is a farmhouse ale layered on house cultures. Restrained funk and acidity in a cold fermented and conditioned farmhouse ale for a surprisingly clean character. We know this style is not really a thing. But neither should 2017 be.
