Light and refreshing, our traditional style German wheat beer is yeaasty and fizzy, with some clofe and banana notes for added interest. A subtle sourness reamins dominant in the straw colored beer, attesting to the classical origins of the style. A compelling tartness will surface as the traditional wheat glass is drained.

Beer was bright yellow in color, slightly hazy with a very thin head (bartender head). My senses first detected bubblegum, with an obvious clove character too. More subtle notes of citrus and wheat underneath. Flavor was muted, slight banana with a subtle tart puckering flavor. Not horrible, but far from exciting.
