Hurricane Kitty is a coppery and heavily hopped India Pale Ale. Named after brewmaster Keegan's grandmother whose driving earned her quite a reputation racing her six children to and from a local Long Island Beach ferry during the 1960's, Hurricane Kitty is the undisputed family favorite. We try to make the hop bill read as agressively as her driving record.

Wow, the ultomate example of an American IPA. Great hop aroma followed by nice bitterness. The bottled version is very good but the draught is even better. I have met the owner/brewer ane he is a great guy so try his beers!

What a f'n abomination of a beer. Do they use this garbage as rat poison in NY? Surely they don't pass this off as an IPA, because there's no f'n way. This might just be the worst IPA I've ever had. An aroma of cheese. Not a good stinky, blue cheese but like really cheap American sliced cheese. Not that I don't love that kinda cheese, but if my beer smells like a Kraft single, there's problems. Appearance poured a decent amber color and the head was basically non-existant. Mouthfeel was WAY overcarbonated. No subtle creamy character, no silkyness. Just carbonation. Flavor was more cheeseyness and aspirin. I tried drinking this beer at different temperature levels, and all I got for my effor was bad beer. At to make all worse, I've got 5 more bottles of this crap.

Hurricane Kitty had a nice hoppy aroma. The brew poured a gorgeous amber color with a fine thin layer of lacing. The flavor was better than many IPA's that I have tried and this well worth a try!
