Bottle. Poured a hazy pale gold colored beer with a huge white creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Intense carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, and sweet fruits, bananas, peach. The flavour is fruity, ripe bananas and ... nothing else. The palate is first crispy and then quite watery. This light to medium bodied beer has a dry finish. The beginning is charming, the appearance, the aroma but the mouthfeel is too far away from the promises. A quite disappointing Hefe Weizen.
