140 ml, on tap at the brewpub, the brewer's gift ! Poured in a tasting glass an old copper-mahogany with reddish tones coloured IPA with half a finger beige, dense and fine foamy head that had no end and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, chewing gum and fruity hops, juicy tropical fruits, mango, papaya, passion fruits. The flavour is solid toasted malts, caramel, coffee beans, dry fruits, hazelnuts, strong hoppy bitter, tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is fulled and smooth. The texture is watery. This full bodied IPA has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. A seasonal, may be, but what a pleasant IPA with a moreish need, an other one, please !
