Somewhat hazy light yellow pour, bubbly white head, chunky lacing. Light smoked malts linger in the nose at first, giving way to light funk and citrus zest, Belgiany yeasts, floralness and honeysuckle, then a tad more smoke. Very nice Saison especially with the light smoke element.

A mix of a saison, a sour, and a smoked beer... Wonderful aroma the pecan really comes out, maybe some oak in there as well. The some doesnt overwhelm the fruity, lemony, yeasts nor the slight 'funk' presence. I just keep smelling it before sipping it. Super cloudy straw colored body thin fizzy cap of lace, random streaks of lace. Flavor much like the aromas but the tart lemon takes over for the smoke which, to my surprise compliments the straw and barely noticeable funk. Another unique and very soild brew from a company that seems to be getting better and better.
