This an Andean Red Ale of great character. Slightly bitter with toasted caramel flavours and long lasting notes of spiceand fruit on the finish. Aged three months proir to bottiling.

Ok I reviewed this beer about a month ago and as I look at my notes about it I have no clue what I wrote, it’s as if a 3 year old with epilepsy wrote it down for me and no I wasn’t drunk. Dark brown body with red highlights when held up the light, the off white film floating on top did have some staying power. Caramel malts in the aroma noticeable hops (its at this point the hieroglyphs become hard to read) ok I wrote what looks like “blunt squirrel” but I think I mean burnt sugar. “happy tat with cheep mats” I think I meant hopy taste with cheap malts. I see the word bitterness scribbled in here, caramel or possibly camel but I think I would have remembered it it tasted like camel. I can pick out the phrase to much alcohol, and something about a harsh taste. I don’t think I liked this beer. Oh gawd worst review ever. At least i can read my score i wrote down.
