Our Hop Dang Diggity Southern IPA will give you a full nose of Georgia pine aroma while the malty backbone provides for a perfectly balanced sweetness. Hopped up like a one legged chicken, this is not your standard “economical” IPA. It is entirely likely that you may choose to not drink this IPA, but only breathe in it’s wonderful aromas... snap out of it and take a sip. Not too dry, but having just the right amount of sweetness to balance the bitter, then finishing with a refreshing clean that begs for the next taste. This hoppy style pairs well with any of your favorite spicy foods.

Bottle for Christmas courtesy of my friend Jay. Thanks! Hazy amber with a tall, foamy white head. Aroma is hoppy and floral with caramel notes and a nice malty backbone. Taste is fruity and hoppy with hop resins, floral notes, caramel, sweet malt and light aspirin on the back end. Body is medium with a creamy carbonation. Ends with more floral hops, citrus, hop resins, caramel and toasted malt.

One of the better IPAs coming out of GA...including FL too. Not super-strong so the malt is toned down somewhat...but there is surely enough hops to make up. Mostly citrus and grapefruit...I'm thinking citra as it's more of the tropical flavors. Decent feel and all-around quality. Only sampled a single that a buddy from GA brought, but can see an upgrade once I try more of this!

Well damn...this was a bit of a surprise. Dank hops, citrus weed and pine. Very well put together IPA that is a bit hoppier and more bitter than most but with enough sweet to balance. Good stuff.

Growler from sam. Damn son! Big ass beer! Light gold pour, nice white head, good lacing. Huge grapefruit and hoppy aroma and initial flavor, big ass bitter, cut by a honey-like malty sweetness, more citrus and tropical fruits and more freaking bitter. I could see this beer becoming very very popular...

Comes out of the tap a barely translucent honey-amber with a thick buff head. Aroma is SERIOUSLY hoppy with an undertone of grapefruit and a malty hint. Flavor is deeeeeeeeee-lishus! Hoppy, sour citrus and subtle malty notes delight the palate. Mouthfeel is lively and firm, leaving a persistent tingle. One of the best IPAs I have ever had.
