This sweet-style stout contains chocolate malt as well as roasted barley, giving it a mild, roasted character. Cocoa powder is also added to give it a chocolatey flavor. It is called a milk stout because of the use of lactose sugar, which gives the beer a slight residual sweetness and balances out the bitter chocolate taste. For this reason, anyone who is lactose intolerant should not consume this beer. Color 108°L ABV 4.7% IBU’s 25 O.G. 15.1°P (lactose sugar raises it)
