Our flagship ale, a twist on a traditional Irish red with a rye addition during the boil giving it a subtly spicy finish. Those of you at East Nashville Beer Fest may have had a chance to try Rompo, our very sessionable Red Rye. We love this beer not just because you’ll love your third and fourth beer as much as you’re first, but also because we love the flavor. While the beer definitely celebrates it caramel malt character, the true hero of this one is the rye which cuts through the bitterness of the hops without overpowering them. Enjoy!

Growler - From Frugal McDoogal's in Nashville. Deep amber brown pour, nice short-lived cream head, some lacing. Malty aroma, grains, very slight rye, slight honey and very light earthy and floral hops. Taste is super easy but almost boring: sweetened malts, light earthy hops, just a hint of advertised rye. Extremely sessionable but just not spectacular at all.
