Pours hazy topaz with a good frothy vellum head. Aroma supplies wheat, coconut, yeast and zesty lemon. Flavor brings wheat, bitter hops, zesty lemon, coconut, hints of banana and yeast. Texture furnishes decent body and perky fizz. Drink hefe with El Jefe.

A cloudy yellow golden colored beer with a big sudsy white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. It settles into a moderate ringlet. Coconut dominates the nose and tasting of this beer. There's some banana. Light and effervescent.
