Three separate malts including one French pale malt shore up this clean, citrusy American-style Pale Ale. Apart from the malts, our namesake beer includes a secret combination of bitter hops including Cascade and locally-grown, ancient-style black rice to create something uniquely Japanese in character but easily drunk by all.

35cl can from some shop in Yokohama. Pours deep golden with the modest white head. Mild hoppy aroma with fruity notes and hints of citrus and pale malt. Moderate to medium sweet with mild flavours and a light, but fairly pleasant bitterness. Nothing to special, but easy to drink and fairly enjoyable.
