A traditional German-style Pale Bock that was lagered (aged) for over six weeks. Light in color, well balanced with hops, medium bodied, that finishes with a mellow toasted malt flavor. Dangerously smooth. Hops: Saphir and Czech Saaz ABV: 6.8% O.G.: 1.061 Grain Bill: Pilsner, Light Munich, & Vienna Food Pairings: Hearty Soups, Shellfish, Bratwurst with Sauerkraut and Spicy Mustard, & Light Cheeses
