Consumed while enjoying (as a non-participant) the Iron Hill Twilight Criterium cycling race / party. Didn’t even know what the style was when ordered, the name kinda got me. Poured a hazy yellow color, some faint amber aspects. The aroma was strong citrusey hops with yeast and Belgian malts. The flavor followed, bananas, esters, wheaty base, strong hops, light yeasty spicing. Mouthfeel was full and well-carbonated. A nice job, although the hop heads probably would want greater hop action to totally clash with the Belgian base beer underneath it all. Pooh to them, nice job IH!
