Pour was nice rich black chocolate with a choco-brown colored head, quite generous, must abeen the nitrogen. Aroma was rich bourbon some vanilla, no amount of nitrogen was gonna kill that bourbon, although it wasn't way overkill. The flavor did feature some chocolate in the finish and some dry oats in the aftertaste, keeping the finish fairly clean for a bourbon aged beer. Pretty nicely done, probably about as nice as can be done when bourbon aging such a low abv beer.
