The next best thing to an early summer. This raspberry/lemon/ hibiscus lager pours clear and bright. Coming through with a vibrant red full of citrus and tartness red, heavy notes of raspberry jam and just enough Noble hop character to know that you're drinking a lager.

    Rhinos of raspberry jam with a little biscuit in the background. Clear light Scarlet body with minimal white head that leaves a tiny bit of lace. Medium bodied and exceptionally fizzy. Fruit beers are not my cup of tea but reading it for what it is. The raspberry hit is strong well tempered by a little bitter lemon rind and a bit of Flowery hibiscus floating in the background when fears this would be extremely cloying however it's not. The Finish is close to clean the beer is sweet but not as sweet as one fears it might be. It burps a lot.
