500 ml bottle, from Dagli’brugsen Skødstrup. ABV is 6.5%. Some sediment in the bottle. Black colour, large brown head. The aroma has notes of coffee, bonfires and smoked meat. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavour has notes of mild coffee and smoked meat, a touch of fruit and chocolate in the finish. Hints of liquorice in the aftertaste, but only after a while. Decent stuff, but maybe a bit too much smoked malts for an otherwise smooth and tender stout.

Black Wheat has been brewed in the dark malt types, including a røgmalt that gives the beer a nice smoky and liquorice-like taste. The beer smells slightly of coffee and light notes of dark chocolate. Wheat Variety gives a good foot fountain and has a dark, creamy foam. Enjoy the front cookers on a stormy day after after a long walk in the woods - or significantly casseroles, game meat or cheese mold. Server cold beer cellar in a high glass, so the aroma and the foam is allowed to come forward.

Pours out in a opaque black colour with a rich and fluffy pale brown head. Bananas, fruitcake, roasted malts, peat, cloves and yeast in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of roasted malts, cocoa, yeast and banana. Smooth mouthfeel. Long malty and yeasty finish of roasted malts, cocoa-powder, smoke and cloves. Tasty and rather unique dunkelweizen.
