A robust porter brewed in the classic style with black and caramel malts. Porter: A person in charge of a door or gate, a person hired to carry luggage at a railroad station or hotel. "Give me an Imp!" Indigo Imp beers are real ales: unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally carbonated. They are robust in flavor and aroma. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce these unique, open fermented beers. Cheers!

A milder smelling porter with some roast notes. Looks good in the glass, chocolate brown with a creamy tan head. Taste is another unique experience, leather, smoke, bittersweet, and a hint of wildness. The indigo imp folks are doing it right in their open top fermenters, thanks again Cory.

Heavy dark brown body with a pencil thin head and spotty lacing. Roasted coffee aroma and mild chocolate with nuts and a sweet maltiness. Thin for a porter, mildly sweet with a vanishing aftertaste. Cocoa, cream and toasted grain flavor profile coupled by some semi-sweet chocolate and figs. Fairly basic.
