the aroma is weird almost like dirty dish water. the taste was not far off. not sure if the name of this should of keyed me in or not but i'm pretty sure i'll stay away from amber largers.

This is not a style you run into very often. The German "old" ale. I've had a few actually from Germany that were VERY good. I was just a little leery of this beer, then, from Florida, since I didn't know much about the brewery. Well, pleasant surprise. Nice coppery color, just enough of a spicy hops bite to keep me interested. Yeah, I'd drink this again.
