After having Cooper's BBQ in Austin, TX, had this one at The Jackalope bar. Slightly hazed golden amber with a frothy white cap average stay and some spotted foam lacing. Mild citrus peel from oranges and grapefruits. Fairly dry mouthfeel and bitter enough citrus zest taste. Quite a decent dry and bitter citrusy IPA.

Clear darker yellow, fluffy lacing foam head. Nice hoppy aroma and strong bitter taste. Fine IPA with a lasting bitter aftertaste. Like this one. (Galveston 201705)

My friend brought this back from his recent trip to TX. This is by far the weakest IPA that I have ever had. It was bright, watery, and palate cleansing. Not a beer that I would feel I was missing out on. some grapefruity hops in there, but the watery mouthfeel just kills it.

Tried this at the Flying Saucer in Austin, a light floral aroma with a golden orange body, good head and decent lace. Flavors were light and simple, but balanced well. Alcohol is hidden very well, overall its not very bold, but it will sneak up on you, so its decent enough to warrant a try. 6-13-10 re review- Found this yesterday in a bottle and have to say i enjoyed it more. Aromas and flavors were more pronounced, with a nice grapefruit bite that didnt linger too long. A 3.4 to a 3.7.

had this while abducted in Austin .. . light perfume hops in the prop nose .. . pretty balanced for an ipa.. . pretty clean also .. . on the whole, a simple beer but an IPA made for the Texas heat .. . gold, low to medium head .. . enjoyable .. . and wheres the abv, amazingly subtle in that department!
