Our twist on a classic Maibock brewed with 14% Rye. The addition of Rye gives a very subtle “spicy” character to the malt profile. It is a full bodied lager with a crisp aroma and smooth malty flavor. Fermented cold, and lagered (cold aged) for an extended time to ensure an exceptionally drinkable beer. ABV: 5.8% IBUs: 15
