also known as: Humperdinks Mayday Maibock This traditional German style lager is brewed in the Winter and aged for many weeks to give the beer a smooth mellow flavor. It is usually tapped around the month of May (Mai is the German word for May) to celebrate the arrival of Spring and warm sunny days. The Maibock is a malty, sweet, full-bodied beer with just enough hop character to balance out the malt.

Had as Mayday Maibock and was told by the GM its now actually over 9% but he didn't quite know exactly .. . Very light foam, light tan gold .. . light maple, sweet bark, with a touch of alcohol .. . decent, but amazed amazed amazed to learn after i wrote the review that it was so alcoholic .. . Every day I thought about firing Marge…you know, just to shake things up.
