Bottle, bought in a franconia drinkmarket. Poured a pale amber colored beer with a two fingers white foamy head that had a long retention. Nice lacing. Rich carbonation. The aroma is herbal hops, solid maltiness and barnyard. The flavour is sweet malts, notes of toffee caramel and a floral bitterness, hints of licorice. The palate is well rounded beer. The finish of this medium bodied beer is a long bitter effect. A nice Kellerbier.

Fränken Bierausflug, Day#3, Brewery#15, Beer#30. Vom Faß, poured a light amber color into an earthenware krug. Thin off-white head and a soft, pleasant nose of fresh grain. Bitter-sweet honey-tinged flavors of grass, malt and hops; tangy mouthfeel; long bittersweet finish. Nice. Refreshing. Lively.

Copperish colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, earth and a bit malts and hops. Flavour is refreshing of malts, hops and some earthy notes. Nice kellerbier.
