Description A strong Belgium-style Ale with fruity and spicy flavours supported by a soft malt character. Brewed with a unique Belgium-style Ale yeast. In celebration of the "Fête de la St-Jean Baptiste in Squamish". Santé Food Pairing This light Belgian-style wheat beer goes well with salads, lightly flavoured vegetarian dishes, as well as milder seafood and chicken dishes. Our Bottle This re-closable bottle, known as a "pot-stopper", was widely used in Europe and North America prior to the 1950s. Our new combination cap is an innovative design that allows closure by both crown and swing caps. It can be re-used and meets our green packaging objectives.

From Central City, in the beloved one-litre swing top bottle. Cloudy orange pour with a petite white head. Spicy and yeasty nose, along with some fruit. Palate was spicy, yeasty, and fruity along with the ABV lurking in the background. Nice mouthfeel. Fruity finish. Massively cloudy at the last third of the bottle (of course I always drink these big bottles in one sitting).
