Our Organic Belgian-Style Apple Ale is a fantastic blend of a classic Belgian ale and organic apple juice sourced from Oregon and Washington organic apples. Sharp flavors of apple are balanced by lovely floral aromas. A subtle wheat malt body gives way to a refreshing, effervescent finish.

Hint of hazy golden yellow pour, nice white head, some lacing, somewhat carbonated. Light funky aroma, light Belgian yeasts, very weak on the advertised apple in the nose and palette, a bit musty with some honeysuckle. Weak, not as flavorful as I'd hoped for.
