Pours a clean light-amber colour with a golden and pink hues. The frothy head is lightly beige, quite long lasting though with some patchy foam lacing. Fruity nose with some blueberry juices over caramel malts and yeast. The taste shows a little hops. Not sure they are the ones found in a Saison, but this is the closest you come to this style. Maybe hints of citrus as well to help. The yeast in the nose does get closer to a Saison one at last pour. Not too bad and seems legit with the blueberries grown there.

The beer pours a hazed light golden red colour with a huge generous off white rocky head. The aroma is funky yeast, grass, and a light wisp of blueberries. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour has more of a blueberry punch than the aroma, and while it is still subtle, you can definitely notice it among the funky grains, and yeast flavours.
