1 000 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Hohmanns Stein glass a clear copper-brown coloured Amber with a two fingers beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is moderate toasted malts, herbal notes and a touch of barnyard. The flavour is mild toasted and caramel malts, bready, grassy notes and some bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling, fresh and light sticky. The texture is a bit oily. This light to medium bodied Amber has a dry malty finish. A refreshing and tasting Amber.
