Our helles Weiss beer, the unfiltered top-fermented specialty with real fermentation in the bottle / cask. In 2000 Georg Hofmann surprised its customers with its own wheat beer. Long live the art of Wheat Beer Brewing in Prahes. In early centuries, top fermented yeast was used exclusively up until the 19th/20th Centuries when refrigeration techniques enabled cold fermentation with bottom yeasts. In recent decades, though, the wheat beers were rediscovered and this Frankish variant of the wheat beer enjoys more of the flavors of banana, pineapple, and clove.
