Das Bier für echte Kenner und Liebhaber. Das Hirsch Zwickl ist eine kernige, naturtrübe Bierspezialität in ihrer ursprünglichsten Form. Was früher ein Privileg des Braumeisters war, bieten wir heute Kennern und Liebhabern auch in der traditionellen Bügelflasche an : Naturtrübes Zwickl. Ein kräftig leuchtendes Gold mit satter Trübung, dazu eine feinsporige Schaumkrone laden zum ersten Schluck ein. Die füllige Malznote am Gaumen, die an frischen Brotteig erinnert, wird vom zunächst zurückhaltenden Hopfen begleitet, der den Nachtrunk deutlich beherrscht. Hirsch Zwickl macht deftige Fleischgerichten und jede schöne Brotzeit zum vollendeten Genuss. Herbfrisch und lebendig, das zwickelt ! DLG Prämierung Gold. Zutaten : Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Hopfen, Hefe. 500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in a german Seidla an unfiltered and opaque straw-yellow coloured Kellerbier with a two fingers almost white, fine, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, honey and barnyard notes. The aroma is grainy sweety malts, corn, biscuits and grassy hops tones. The mouthfeel is round, thin and quite flat. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry malty and light bitter finish. Drinkable ? Anyway, but this Kellersbier offers no fun.
