NIce dark amber color, but a taste just a bit too sweet for me. Alcohol content is high and the beer tastes fesh, but just a bit too sweet. Not bitter, foam is darker color.

Picked this up at a local package store in Utrecht and was quite pleased. Pours a bright reddish amber, nice fluffy head. Taste is pretty carbonated, flavors of bready malt, dark cherry fruit and red delicious apples. Aroma is nice, pretty neutral however but floral and soft spice is present.

300 ml capped bottle. Poured an unclear oak-burgundy coloured Ale with a short one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is strong woods and fruity, sourish apples, pears. The flavour is fruity, grainy pears and sweety caramel malts. The mouthfeel is overwhelmed by the imposing woody presence. This medium bodied B.S.A. has a long sourish finish. The name of this Ale is a good choice, this beer presents a real " Karakter ".

After pouring it forms a nice firm head. It lasts long. I didn't had the right glass in my collection so I used a Palm glass. It looked really good, having a amber red colour. It had little to no aroma, but I'm having a bit of a cold, so it could be me. The taste was sweetness, bready and alcohol. Nice beer, but not to interesting.

Amber colour, mediumsized creamy beige head, which lasts for quite a while. Aroma is sweet caramel malts along with slight alcohol and yeast. Flavour is sweet caramel malts, some alcoholic sweetness and big sourness and yeastyness finishing it off. A pleasantly made thing, though not very special.
