500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy mid-brown coloured Kellerbier with a short two fingers beige and creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is caramelized malts, grain, toffee, notes of hay. The flavour is roasted malts, caramel and bready notes, cooked vegetables,leeks. The mouthfeel is light crispy, round and quite thick. The texture is oily. This light to medium bdied KB has a dry malty finish. An easy drinkable and pleasant Kellerbier from the Bamberger area.
