Tall can from LCBO. Pours an incredible amount of foamy bubbly white head that really stays and leaves some big soapy lace behind. Has a pale yellowish golden appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas of floral hops, grass, pine and some yeasty notes. Flavours are citrusy, piney, some Belgian yeast notes also at the forefront.

Can that pours a hazy light-golden colour with a huge white frothy cap, good retention and some thick foamy lacing. Very nice Saison nose with the lemon citrus notes, sweet Belgian Ale yeast and fresh milder hops. The taste is very citrus as well with the yeast, but not as sweet. Pretty good overall, but is a little too rich to have much of it.

The beer pours a hazed light golden yellow colour with a generous white head which lasts a few minutes. The aroma is citrus, yeast, funk, and light grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt with some bitter citrusy hops, and some salty hints. Not something I would drink more than one at a time, but quite good.
