Rush and Henderson are proud to announce the third in their series of premium Belgian-inspired beers. ‘Signals’ is a classic Belgian-style blonde with Reisling must and cold-pressed apples, delivering complex aromas of stone fruit, peach and mild spice that carry through to a warming finish. This release is all the more special for us at the brewery because the fire hydrant that adorns the album cover was manufactured, almost a century ago, just 100 or so meters away at 137 Sterling Road. This limited edition brew is available at the brewery and LCBO stores throughout Ontario. It will age nicely for 3-5 years

The beer pours a hazed reddish-gold with a long lasting cream head. The aroma is grains, Belgian yeast, honey, and citrus notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grains, light fruit (apples?), citrus, and honey. Quite good.

Clean, golden colour with a frothy white head, good retention and foamy lacing streaks. Alright, really smells like a Belgian ale with the spices, sugars, some medicinal notes and grassiness over the sweet malts. Where is shifts, is in the taste. The apples and mild sourness shows up. Other than that, the rest continues as a good Belgian strong ale. Gets hazier as it pours. Nicely done, but not one I could have another (as most Belgian ones).
