Maibock beer is specially brewed for “May Day”. In Germany, May 1st is Labor Day, but in Bavaria, this day is more important as it celebrates “Maibaum”, the start of the summer season. Ask Henryk about this when you see him! Maibock is a golden, fresh tasting bock beer. Henryk won the “Gold Medal” with this beer style in the beer world championships! (May)
