Bottle. Poured a strong hazy deep gold colored Hefe Weisse with a two fingers white foamy head that had a long retention. Intense carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is yeasty, wheat malts, fruity, banana, orange, and spicy, coriander. The flavour is sweet fruits, banana and wheat malts. The palate is crispy with a a notable effervescence. This medium bodied ale has a quite dry finish. A very nice Hefe Weisse.
