The GC or Grand Reserve is a 4 year old beer that was intended to be Lunacy but wound up being too strong. We've been hoarding it at the brewery for all this time, but decided to sneak some out there. The bottle carries an older Lunacy label with a good deal of dust and mold on the crown. It has a small sticker on the label indicating it is the GC. You can't mistake the flavor and it's also 9.5% abv.

Poured a hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of green apple, cinnamon, caramel malts, toffee, and some honey as well. Taste was sweet, with more honey, a tart citrus, dry yeast, and a slightly alcoholic finish.
