500 ml bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy amber-orange colored Hefeweizen with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is strong spicy, cloves, coriander, wheat malts, yeasty and fruity, bananas, apples and a touch of citrus. The flavour is moderate malty, wheat, fruity, bananas and sourish apples. The mouthfeel is quite thin and sourish. This light to medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry sourish fruity finish. Overall a decent Hefeweizen, but , for me, too soft.
