A gem among wheat beers. Pale, fruity and heartwarming. Traditionally top-fermented, it is conditioned in the bottle with finest yeast to make a delightfully drinkable, sparkling wheat beer.

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewerey, as a 5.0 ABV. Poured in the original Hartmann Bavarian Seidla an unfiltered and strong hazy golden-yellow coloured Hefeweizen with a one finger light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, spicy, cloves, fruity, citrus, light bananas and a barnyard note. The flavour is yeast, wheat malts, cereal, fruity, citrus and a sourness touch. The mouthfeel is light crispy and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied H W has a dry fruity and bitter finish. A decent Hefeweizen from Würgau, the door to the Fränkische Schweiz.

Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits and some caramel as well. Flavour is quite much the same. A very pleasant and wellbalanced Hefeweizen.
