    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Hartmann Bavarian Seidla an unfiltered, hazy and golden-yellow coloured Kellerbier with a generous two fingers slightly beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is intense light toasted and Rauch malts, notes of caramel. The flavour is intense Rauch-smoked malts, grainy, juicy fruits, oranges, citrus, a peaty touch and with the end of the sip an unexpected flash of aromatic hops. The mouthfeel is round, clean and won by the Rauch-smoked malts. The texture is a bit oily. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a lingerung Rauch-smoked finish. An original, with its powerful Rauch-smoked malty accents, Kellerbier. I like it.
