Imagine a pumpkin vine wound its way in a field of barley, and a brewer harvested it all to make a beer. Add Northwestern hops and a blend of spices, and you've got UFO Pumpkin. The malt combination provides a smooth body and slightly sweet flavor, which balances perfectly with the earthy notes derived from the pure pumpkin. And like all of our UFO beers, UFO Pumpkin is unfiltered so all the wonderful flavors are right there in your glass. Cheers!

Comes out of the tap a hazy honey golden with a fairly thick pale golden fine-bubbled head. Aroma has malty and fruity notes plus hints of cinnamon and pumpkin. Malty flavor has hoppy and cinnamon notes, as well as a good amount of pumpkin taste. Unlike many other pumpkin ales I have tried, the pumpkin flavor does not dominate the others, which is a plus. Smooth texture has good body and a decent amount of fizz. Save it for fall - or enjoy it now.

Light orange/copper body, with a white foamy head that leaves some fair lace. Aromas of cinnamon, and allspice, followed up with some sweet malts and pumpkin. Flavor starts with sweet malts followed by the familiar, but subdued pumpkin and spice flavors. It's a medium flavored, easy drinking pumpkin beer thats not overly sweet or spiced.

Pours out a cloudy amber color with a instantly vanishing white head. The is of total spice with mostly pumpkin. The mouthfeel is rich and thick. The taste is complex of all the spices it takes to make a pumpkin pie.

Pours a cloudy caramel/orangeish color. Smell is of pumpkin, spices. Taste is spicier than the smell, nutmeg and cinnamon, some pumpkin and hops. Overall a good quality beer.

Overall was pretty good beer, I like Harpoon so was glad to see the quality was the same. Good flavor, good foam when poured into a glass, good spice aroma as well. This was better than some of the others i tried from Brooklyn, Blue Point, etc.. Overall pretty good.

A murky orange colored beer with a moderate frothy textured off white head. It has some hang time. Settles into a thin ringlet. Bold cinnamon in the nose. Sweet pumpkin, some grassiness and lots of cinnamon in thasting. Light bodied. Not bad.

Sampled the evening after I had Marble City's spiced pumpkin, and even though the Marble City was much nicer they shared similar characteristics compared to many of the other heavier, over spiced offerings this time of year. Light copper-amber color with a fizzy, diminishing head and minimal lacing. Pale malt to allow a pleasing pumpkin and spice blend come forth. A bit light to what I expect, but all in all it's something I'd gladly revisit.

Nice pumpkin brew from Harpoon UFO Series. Amber orange pour with an ample thick frothy head which reduces to a ring leaving light spotty lacing. Requisite pumpkin pie aroma: spices - nutmeg, cinnamon, brwon sugar, honey, baked pumpkin, Nice! Taste is much the same as the aroma but actually a bit more subdued, nice lightly spiced quality with some body, and a nice earthy hops zing in the end to offset the sweetness.
